Measuring Guide

Inside Leg
Stand barefoot with your feet shoulder-width apart. Measure from the crotch down the inside of your leg to the floor. Having someone assist you can improve accuracy.

Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, approximately halfway between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips, just above the belly button. Keep the tape snug without tightening it into your skin, breathe naturally, and record the measurement.
